		Workforce The workforce is distributed among four autonomous communities: Madrid (5%), Castille and Leon (40%), Galicia (40%) , Canary Islands (10%) and Catalonia (5%). It has increased 25% in the past two years. Training The quality of service depends on the people who carry out the job. The drivers are the final image of the company. Continual training provides them with the knowledge to fulfil their job, and all drivers have operational instructions which standardise their work.

		Renovation Our philosophy on renovation allows us to continually adapt our fleet in order to incorporate new technology to our vehicles. 70% of our fleet is less than 4 years old. Our criteria for renovating heads is 5 years, and for tanks it is 8 years. Maintenance Our vehicles undergo periodic maintenance checks which allow us to guarantee that they are in perfect conditions before beginning distribution. The drivers and shop workers consider knowing the condition of their vehicle as part of their job, as well as informing those in charge of any irregularities they may find so they can be quickly repaired.
